Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please note that cancellations are only allowed within 4 hours of order placement. After this timeframe, orders cannot be canceled for any reason.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Luxury Chafing Dish House reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our stated criteria.
Items eligible for return must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Returns must be initiated within one week of receiving the item.
Please note that Luxury Chafing Dish House does not provide return shipping labels and is not responsible for any return shipment costs. All return shipping labels and associated expenses must be arranged and covered by the customer. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will promptly issue the refund.
Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are only provided in cases where:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item arrived damaged or broken.
Please note that items returned for reasons outside these conditions may not be accepted.
Inspection and Shipping Disclaimer
All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before being shipped to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for minor scratches or superficial damage that may occur during transit.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, war, or other events beyond our control.
